As our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse. Please ensure you review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing an order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a fair resolution.
Where possible, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by:

Refunds will only be issued if the issue cannot reasonably be resolved through replacement or store credit.
